Wine Health Boost® is shipped to you by Vin Nova Corporation, the fulfillment subsidiary of NouvEau Inc. The term “we” and “us” refer to Vin Nova Corporation.
Order and Shipping Accuracy
Check your order website and addresses carefully! Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment on the following business day. Orders are packaged and shipped as 2 singles, 4 Pak, and 6 Pak. We are not responsible for shipping to rerouted or forwarded addresses. Order carrier is the US Postal Service by First-Class Package Tracking (2 singles or 4 Pak) or by Priority Tracking (6 Pak) for delivery in 3 business days. Please check your tracking number that is sent to you by email or text for status of delivery. We are not responsible for delays in delivery. In no circumstance are we responsible for chargeback’s or refunds for non-delivery through fraudulent counterfeit sales sites or purchase through a third party vendor who has no service agreement with us. It is your responsibility to seek reimbursement from the third party vendor you placed your order with if not received. If your order is not received within 6 business days, please check your tracking number before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and Issues
Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order if the vial is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong order, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it as necessary. Wine Health Boost is a FDA safe food product and uses best manufacturing practices in FDA registered facilities. The liquid concentrate is in a tamper proof and leak proof sealed container carefully inspected for quality assurance at production and when packaged in padded envelopes. 6 Pak and 4 Pak orders are shipped in display boxes (the 4 Pak has a blank 2 vial shoulder in a 6 Pak box). The boxes are perforated for removal of the front, top and diagonally along the sides to hold and display vials on shelves or counter tops. The perforation seams are subject to normal displacement in shipping. In no case will the box be replaced.
Refunds and Replacements
As our product is a food, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. To start any replacement request, you can contact us at email@example.com regarding your issue. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
